Availability and rates
Our changeday is on Saturday. On special request this day can vary. Prices shown on the calender at saturday are weekprices (7 days).
Outside holiday seasons it's possible to book from day to day. In the case there are single days available, the price will 1/7 of its weekprice. If you are in doubt or have any questions regarding this, please send us a mail !
Linen is included in the rental price and the beds have been made upon arrival.
ADDITIONAL COSTS :
- The use of electricity, recorded by official meter, has to be paid seperately upon check out. Weekly 125 kwh is included. Above this usasge, the price per kwh is €0,38.
- Final cleaning is €180 and can be paid in advance or upon check out.
- A set of 3 towels can be rented seperately for €15 per person.
Terms of Reservation & Payment
Booking & Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by email.
Check in/out Time
Check-in time: 02:00 pm, Check-out time: 10:00 am.
Payments
To secure a booking a deposit of 35% of the total rental amount must be received within 7 days of the booking request.
Upon receiving the deposit, the management will issue a formal booking confirmation receipt.
If a deposit is not received within this time the booking will be cancelled.
Final payment of the balance shall be either paid 6 weeks prior to check-in or in cash at the villa on arrival.
All payments must be in EURO.
Payment for a 35% deposit shall be made by bank (Bank details will be given after a booking is made)
*Payments by credit card, other currencies are not accepted.
In the case of last minute bookings, we can accept cash at the villa in full amount upon arrival at the villa. (No deposit needed due to the time constraint).
Cancellation
If the booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of the check-in date full payment will be non-refundable.
Damage or Loss
The villa management highly recommends our guests leave the property in good order. We shall charge our guests for any damages or losses incurred by any guest during their occupancy.
Liability/Disclaimers
The villa management highly recommends all of our guests take out a comprehensive travel insurance. We will not accept any responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage and additional expense caused by the use of the property. Further, no responsibility is accepted for personal belongings. However, the villa management and staff will do our best to assist our guests as the safety of our guests is of utmost importance to us.
